How Our Tent Rentals Work

Renting a tent with Every Milestone Rentals is easy. Select your tent, request a quote, and we’ll take care of delivery, setup, and pickup—so you can focus on your event.

Thanks for considering Every Milestone Rentals! We’re a locally owned event rental company based in Winston-Salem, NC, proudly serving the Triad area. Whether you’re planning a backyard party, graduation celebration, or casual gathering, we’re here to make the rental process simple and stress-free.

Before submitting your inquiry, here are a few helpful tips to get started:

  • Most events happen over the weekend. We typically set up on Thursday or Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday. Your tent and rentals are yours for the whole weekend—make the most of it! Host a Friday night cookout, Saturday event, and even a Sunday brunch.

  • You don’t need an exact headcount—we get it! Just plan to have enough coverage under the tent in case of rain. If needed, we can often bring a few extra chairs or tables to give you some flexibility.

  • Tents must be installed on a completely clear and flat surface—no shrubs, patio furniture, or obstructions. Not sure if your space works? Send us a few photos, and we’ll take a look!

  • We secure tents using stakes driven about 3 feet into the ground, so it’s critical to know if there are sprinkler systems, septic tanks, electric lines, or anything buried underground. If you’re unsure, call 811 (Dig Safe)—it's free and ensures everyone’s safety.
